Service Description

Furnace is tuned up, cleaned, filter changed, and tested for smooth operations. Includes : Certification Check for Carbon Monoxide Inspect the AC Coil & Heat Exchanger Inspect all electrical circuitry Test the Motors, Capacitors, and Igniter to check condition and longevity Replace Air Filter Clean and wipe down the inside and outside of the furnace Clean and Adjust Gas Manifold and Gas Valve Tighten and tune system Give a detailed report at the end on the current condition of the Furnace (ALL REPAIRS HAVE BEEN PERFORMED AND PAID FOR AT AN ADDITIONAL PRICE)
