Check Refrigerant Levels & for leakage Inspect the AC Coil Inspect all electrical circuitry Test the Motors and Capacitors for condition and longevity Replace Air Filter Clean the inside and outside of the outdoor condenser Tighten and tune system Give a detailed report at the end on the current condition of the Air Conditioner
